When Will I be charged?
First payment is made at time of purchase. Monthly payments must be made on the 5th or 15th of each month.
When will I get my Tshirt?
Tshirts Boxes are sent out on the 10th and 20th of each month. When payment is made, Tshirt Box will be sent out on the closest shipment box.
Can I change the size of my tshirt each month?
Your Tshirt Box subscription will be automatically set to the same size each month. If you would like to change your seize. Please email Customer suport before the 5th of the month.
Can I return my Tshirt?
Yes, unworn Tshirts may be returned for a refund, Customer is responsible for the shipping charges. HealthyVibration is able to proivde the Return Label for $5.99 taken from the refund. Please email customer support for any Returns.
Can I exchange my tshit for a different size or style?
No, We do not accept exchanges on Tshirt Boxes.
How long is the subscription?
You will be signed up for a 12 Month Tshirts Subscription Box. Credit card number that is used at sign up will be charged on the 5th of each month. If payment does not go through, it will be tried again on the 15th of the Month.
How do I cancel Tshirt Box?
IF you would like to cancel your subscription box, Email customer care before the 5th of each month to avoid being charged.
